Well hello everyone!
 I haven't updated for so long! Its now the summer holidays and I have.. a considerable amount of time on my hands.. well kinda, I got a job - thats my first part of news, its at a pub and I work behind the bar, its hard work but I need the money! 
 So anyway, Gypsy DID happen in the end and it was a sucess! So that went well in the end. Apart from that I have finished my second year at college and now I'm a third year! How freaking scary! Also it was my Mum and Dad's 25th wedding anniversary last week so I went to that, but I actually got very ill cause my housemate was ill and i caught it off her, it was horrible. I was being sick and other things.. unpleasant. 
OH YEAH! and I have moved house in nottingham! I'm now living with my bessies, loving every minute of it! And my house is LUSH.. if not a bit spider infected.. but lovely!
 I'm loving all the new icons on here that I have been missing out on, and I am waiting for my Sex and the City DVDS to arrive, Im so excited! Can't wait to watch them.
 Madonna was amazing at Live Earth wasn't she? I nearly died. I really wish I'd gone now!

Just done the dress rehearsal. I can't believe a week today I would have done it. Over. Finished.
I feel like I didnt do my best, but then I always think that. I feel a bit disheartened right now tho cause like I feel like the audience should have laughed a lot more at some of my lines, but they didn't. I guess it'll be a lot better with a whole audience there. I gabbled a few lines, but god, Rose's lines are just crazy sometimes. U need SUCH good diction and I actually sometimes go way to fast and it just comes out as .. crap. lol.
 Anyway, my ankle is killing me now (the one i killed a few weeks ago) cause I wore the same shoes as when I did it, those shoes just kill my ankle, but they are the right shoes for the show! We're having a rehearsal on thursday, omg, one bit I nearly died, cause my friend Mitch who plays Herbie, he put his hat on and it just looked hilarious. I nearly died. It just looked so stupid. The way he was wearing it. I found it soo hard not to laugh while singing 'You'll Never Get Away From Me'

anyway, I really need to sleep now. I have 'Joanna' in my head right now from Sweeney. I love that song soo much!

LOADS of things are going on my life.
First things first, and in priority in my eyes, our production of Gypsy is happening on the 26th March. YES thats a week on monday. 
I'm playing Rose, and I'm actually going to shit myself with nerves/excitement. I still feel under rehearsed, just hope it all comes together. Theres little things like, wheres the dog food? and .. wat am i using for a dog? and.. scene changes etc. ALSO, BIG BUMMER,, our director CUT loads of.. wait for it... ROSE'S TURN out of Gypsy, she said the song was too long.. i was so shocked. HOW COULD ANYONE DO THAT TO THAT SONG! ITS GENIUS! that really annoyed me, oh well i'm just gonna have to perform it like crazy. i guess we have to put up with that kind of thing in a drama school type production.
 anyway, im so nervous! its so important that i do it well cause my heart is RIGHT in it, i dont wanna mess up!!!!!!!!!!!

Next thing, SWEENEY TODD. God i love this musical, i am totally in love. Mrs Lovett - i wanna be her so badly. and i really love patti's interpretation of the character that woman has the most amazing voice. Sweeney Todd is just GENIUS isnt it???

rIGHT, also to add to the business, I have little shop of horrors on wednesday night, its a small version of it but all the songs are in it, and I'm playing audrey II. lol. so i have quite a lot of singing to do. im not really nervous about it its just thats its adding stress to my life. On top of THAT we are also doing an except from Teechers too.
JESUS CHRIST im gonna faint!

Ugh, my main concern is Gypsy cause I totally love it and i want it to go well! 
I am so worked up that I can't sleep! And i have Sweeney Todd going round and round my head!

Ok, let me just express my love for Patti Lupone.
She is amazing.
She can really sing.
She acts so well.
She's had all of the parts that I want in my lifetime.
She's my new idol.

Ok so, I borrowed Sweeney Todd in concert from Mitch, and I have to say that I love it SO MUCH. Mrs Lovett is just the best character ever, and Patti Lupone is so fantastic. I already liked her, but now I love her!
I also downloaded lots of albums from itunes, such as Anything Goes and Annie Get Your Gun. I wish you could get hold of the whole Patti Lupone version of Anything Goes, but, it seems like you can't. I've only got Blow Gabriel Blow and of course, on you tube, this AMAZING performance..
